Women Build’s Impact

We make a REAL impact.  Recently 2011 Women Build homeowner Tammy H. stated,  “I never thought I could help build my own home.  I went from homeless to my own house.” This impact is echoed in the words of a dedicated Women Build volunteer who said of Tammy and the Women Build, “Working on Tammy’s house created many friendships and gave women a chance to participate in the hands-on construction of a home.  The program empowers women which is very important.  They need to know they can do this…know they can help each other in this way.”
